Kinugasayama Park

Sakuragi As the premier cherry blossom landmark boasting 2,000 trees in the prefecture, it has been selected as “Sakura Japan 100 Selections”. Spring ‘Kinugasa Sakura Festival’and is awlays crowded with many people.
There is also a hiking course that leads to Ookuyama, so you can enjoy the nature of Miura Peninsula.
The Kinugasa Castle Ruins adjacent to the park is the base of Mr. Miura, which was built at the beginning of the 11th century, and it retains the image of the mountain castle.
Also, there are woods of Wanpaku, Waterside of Wanpaku, Village of Fireflies and Picnic Square etc in the park.
