To commemorate the first anniversary of the Tokyo 2020 Games, the Kanagawa Sailing Festival “+1” will be held at the Enoshima Yacht Harbor, which has become the sailing competition venue. In addition to being able to watch the sailing races that take place on the day on a large monitor, stage events and photo rallies will also be held.
 
We will pass on the excitement and excitement of the Tokyo 2020 Games as a legacy to Marseille, where the Paris 2024 Games and sailing competition will be held. We will implement it after taking measures to prevent the spread of new coronavirus infections.

The sailing race actually held at the venue is shown on a large monitor. You can watch the race while listening to commentary by Mr. Manami Doi, the representative of Japan in the Tokyo 2020 Laser Radial class, and Mr. Kazuishi Ito, who has extensive experience in sailing competitions.

A photo rally around the nameplates installed on Enoshima Island that convey the excitement and memories of the Tokyo Olympics. If you collect photos, you will receive wonderful goods.

Event name: ASAF Sailing Cup JSAF Enoshima Olympic Week 2022

Purpose of the event: This event was started to commemorate the opening of the 1964 Tokyo Olympics yacht competition and to develop young athletes.It later became an international race in which athletes from overseas can also participate, and junior and youth athletes who have few opportunities to interact with overseas athletes. It is an opportunity to gain valuable experience.
