At Tsujido Seaside Park, refreshing yoga and senior yoga will be held so that families can easily participate.
If you have stiff shoulders, low back pain, or want to live a pain-free life, or want to prevent physical problems, why not experience the benefits of yoga.

“Senior Yoga” is open to anyone from young to old.
Please feel free to join us if you want to relax your body carefully, if you are interested in yoga using chairs, or if you want to spend a yoga time in the park.

◆ Date and time: Sunday, June 12, 2022

“Refresh yoga” 9: 30-10: 30
“Senior yoga” 10: 45-11: 30

* Rainy weather will be held online.

◆ Venue: Tsujido Seaside Park South Lawn Square

◆ Participation fee: 500 yen per person (free for elementary school students and younger)
* Advance payment at the time of application.

◆ What to bring
Yoga mat (bath towel can be used as a substitute), water, towel, easy-to-move clothes,
(If online, PC or smartphone or tablet device)

◆ Application reception: Accepted on a first-come, first-served basis
(It will end as soon as the capacity of about 50 people is reached.)
