[Odawara City] ODAWARA Essa Hoi Dance
“ODAWARA Essa Hoi Odori” is the origin of the Kochi Yosakoi Festival with the slogan “Let’s make a dance festival that makes the city cheerful!” Different from traditional festivals and events, and the Sapporo YOSAKOI Soran Festival Based on the “Yosakoi” festival that sparked all over Japan and other countries, it was born in 1999 as a festival of dance that incorporates the essence of Odawara.
