【Kamakura】 Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine Great Festival
The Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine festival is a traditional festival that began with the release of Shusenkai and Fushima on August 15th, 1187 (Bunji 3), and continues for over 800 years since then.
On September 14th you will receive a warning from the Great God as the eve of the Great Festival and a mikoshi of an important cultural property of the prefecture will be posted on the 15th at the Great Big Festival. In the enshrined Shinkansen festival, the role of Shin Ma, Kinshi, Hokko, Tachibana etc followed, so we are in a very harsh atmosphere. On Friday the Flower horse priest dedicated in the form of samurai as it was done in the Kamakura period is a highlight. It is a festival recommended for people who like history, as well as those who want to enjoy extraordinary life!
