[Hiratsuka City] The 69th Shonan Hiratsuka Tanabata Festival

Hiratsuka’s Tanabata Festival, where the luxury of Tanabata decorations is said to be the best in Japan, will be held again this year!
The center area of about 500, especially the main venue “Shonan Star Mall” is filled with luxurious ornaments filled the streets, among which there are large ornaments over 10m, active athletes and popular Ornaments incorporating trendy animals and characters are also a big feature. During the festival, various events such as the Tanabata ornaments contest, parades and other events will be expanded, and during the Tanabata Festival period, the Shonan Hiratsuka Weaving Princess selected in the selection will further enrich the festival with various events such as parades and city visits.
