[Miura City] Road Festival-Kasagake

The Roads Festival, which many people look forward to every year, is a service festival for the Miuras. In addition, “Kuze”, which has long been known as the Miura clan’s handicrafts, is also exhibited, and it has become a highlight of the festival as a reminder of an age that can not be seen rarely.
※ “笠” is one of Japan’s three major archery techniques along with the drifting horses (Yabusame) and dog chase (Inuoumono) that were prevalent from the late Heian period to Kamakura and Muromachi periods.
