20th Miura Coastal Cherry Blossom Festival
The Miura Kaigan Cherry Blossom Festival has been held since 2003, and now attracts approximately 300,000 tourists, making it an early spring tradition in Miura.
Aiming to create a village where cherry blossoms bloom, approximately 1,000 Kawazu cherry trees, known for their early blooming, will be in full bloom along the approximately 1km track from Miura Kaigan Station on the Keikyu Line to Komatsugaike Park. Along with rape blossoms, you can enjoy the colorful scenery and scent of spring.
There is a popular spot every year where you can take photos of cherry blossoms blooming and trains together. Please stay on the sidewalk, be careful of people around you, cars, etc., and enjoy taking pictures while observing good manners.
