Throughout the four seasons, the restauran purchase fishes and shellfishes every day from Sagami Bay, a region full of seafood, offering fresh fish dishes. Recommendation is “raw young sardines” which is taken at the local Hiratsuka store every morning. From Shirasu dishes to ground fish dishes, tempura, hand-made soba noodles, boiled fish, boiled rice, and a whole lot more.
