Satsumaya is a long-established sushi shop located in Tokaido, Shonan Fujisawa. You can enjoy sushi, seafood bowl, party cuisine, and banquet cuisine at reasonable prices.
They also have cooking class such as sushi making class taught by professional sushi craftsmen. It’s a two to three hour course where you can learn how to cut fishes, make “nigiri” sushi rolls, “gunkan” warship sushi rolls, and “hosomaki” sushi rolls as well. The class is open for beginners so the teachers will carefully give lessons that are easy to understand. Let’s enjoy making your very own sushi at Satsumaya!
