Sajima Kaneki

Speaking of Yokosuka’s Sajima fishing port, it is known as a famous place of octopus in the metropolitan area. Processed products are also famous as fleshy octopuses can be caught throughout the year with the hot summer season as an exception. Here at “Kaneki”, an over 40 years old sushi restaurant you can have octopus, as well as local fishes such as sardine, Japanese horse mackerel, sea urchin, abalone, horned turban, and other fresh seafood caught on that day. The local regular customers is liking fried food as much as sushi, and set menu with fried thread-sail filefish or fried sushi’s fishes is also a popular one.
